How to refill your Seniors Discount Health Services orders:

If you have already ordered from Seniors Discount Health Services and we have your patient information on file then there are many options.

1. Seniors Discount Health Services will contact you when there is 30 days left on your current prescription to determine if you require a refill. Should you require we will process a refill request and your order will be sent out to you immediately. If your prescription has run out we can work with you to contact your doctor on your behalf and obtain a new prescription.
2. You may call our toll free 1-866-571-7377 (PDPS) anytime to place a refill order. One of our pharmacy technicians will work with you to have your prescription sent to you immediately.
3. You can fax your refill form to us (click here to download refill form) at 1-866-576-7377 (PDPS) and we’ll contact you to confirm receipt of said fax within 24 hrs and confirm the information then send your refill immediately.
4. You may send your refill form (click here to download refill form) to our head office location listed below and your order will be processed and sent out to you immediately.
